Privacy Policy

We collect as little as possible. We do not sell your data. You can leave at any time and we will delete what we hold.

The short version

What we collect

When you sign up for a course

When you visit the site

Standard server logs at our CDN (bunny.net) record IP address, user agent, requested URL, and timestamp. These logs are kept short-term for diagnostic and abuse-prevention purposes only.

We do not run Google Analytics, Meta Pixel, or any behavioral-tracking script on this site. If we add lightweight, privacy-respecting analytics in the future (for example, server-side or cookieless), we will update this page.

When you buy a book on Amazon

Amazon handles that transaction entirely. We do not see your name, address, or payment information. Amazon may share aggregated sales data with us as a publisher; that data is not linked to individuals.

Why we collect it

We do not use your data for ad targeting. We do not build behavioral profiles. We do not run lookalike audiences on your address.

Service providers (data processors)

To run a small publishing operation, we use a handful of third-party services. Each processes only what is necessary for its function.

Email delivery — currently Kit (kit.com)

Your email address, first name (if provided), course interest, and signup metadata are stored at Kit and used to send the course emails. Kit's privacy policy applies in addition to this one: kit.com/privacy.

Future: in-house or alternative email infrastructure

We may migrate course delivery to an in-house system or another provider so that we can automate more of the publishing pipeline. If we do, the principles in this policy will not change: minimum data, no sale, easy unsubscribe, full deletion on request. We will update this page to name the new provider before any migration completes. If your data is in transit between providers, both providers will be listed here during the transition.

Site hosting — bunny.net

Pages are served by bunny.net's global CDN. Standard request logs are retained briefly for diagnostic and abuse-prevention purposes. bunny.net privacy policy.

Book sales — Amazon

All Kindle and paperback purchases are handled by Amazon under Amazon's own terms and privacy policy. We do not receive your buyer details.

Cookies

This site uses no cookies for analytics, advertising, or cross-site tracking. Your browser may receive standard technical cookies from our CDN (bunny.net) for things like cache routing. If you sign up for a course, the Kit signup form may set its own cookies; that is governed by Kit's policy.

Children

These courses are written for adults. Most are appropriate for older teens but the marketing, signup forms, and content are aimed at adult readers. We do not knowingly collect data from anyone under 13 in the United States, or under the applicable age of digital consent in your country. If you believe a child has signed up, write to us at hello@warmwisdompress.com and we will delete the record.

Your rights

Regardless of where you live, you can:

To exercise any of these, write to hello@warmwisdompress.com. We respond to verifiable requests within 30 days.

If you are in the EU, UK, or similar jurisdiction, you also have the right to lodge a complaint with your local data protection authority. If you are in California, you have the rights described in the CCPA/CPRA. We do not "sell" personal information as defined under those laws.

Security

Our service providers (Kit, bunny.net, Amazon) maintain industry-standard security. We do not store passwords or payment information on our own infrastructure. No system is perfectly secure; if a breach affecting your data occurs, we will notify you as required by applicable law.

Changes to this policy

If we change this policy in a material way — for example, switching email providers, adding analytics, or adding any new data category — we will update the "Last updated" date at the top and, for substantive changes affecting subscribers, send a notification email.

Contact

Questions about this policy, requests to exercise your rights, or general privacy concerns: hello@warmwisdompress.com.

Bottom line: we want to send you the course you signed up for, and nothing more. If that ever changes, we will tell you first.
