Plain-English terms for the Warm Wisdom Press website and the free email courses.
1. What this covers
These terms apply to warmwisdompress.com, all course subdomains (for example courage.warmwisdompress.com, droids.warmwisdompress.com), and any free email course we send you. They do not cover Amazon book purchases — those are governed by Amazon's terms.
2. Who we are
Warm Wisdom Press is a small independent publisher of illustrated story-based daily courses. "We", "us", and "Warm Wisdom Press" mean the same thing in this document.
3. What you can do with the content
- Read it. All free courses, web pages, and emails are for your personal, non-commercial use.
- Share short quotes with attribution to the book and Warm Wisdom Press, in the ordinary way you would quote any published work.
- Cite us in your own writing with normal academic or journalistic attribution.
4. What you cannot do
- Resell or republish the courses in whole or in substantial part, in any medium, paid or unpaid.
- Train AI models on the full text of the books or courses without our written permission. Linking, summarizing, and citing in agent-readable contexts is fine.
- Strip authorship attribution or pass the work off as your own.
- Use the content to harass, harm, or manipulate other people. The Counter-Hate Series in particular is designed to make manipulation harder, not easier.
5. Copyright
All text, illustrations, and design elements on this site and in the courses are © 2026 Warm Wisdom Press, except where otherwise noted. The "Warm Wisdom Press" name, the wordmark, and the logo are our trademarks.
6. Email subscriptions
By signing up for a course, you give us permission to send you the daily emails for that course. You can unsubscribe at any time with one click. We do not auto-enroll you in other courses; each signup is separate.
7. No warranty
The site, the courses, and the books are provided "as is" for general education. We do our best to make them accurate, useful, and kind, but we make no warranty that they will solve your specific situation or produce any particular outcome.
8. Not professional advice
Nothing in our content is medical, psychological, legal, or financial advice. See our disclaimers page for details, and please consult a licensed professional for your specific situation.
9. Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Warm Wisdom Press is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the site or the courses. If you live somewhere that prohibits this kind of limitation, our liability is limited to the amount you paid us in the past twelve months (for the free courses, that is zero).
10. Changes
We may update these terms. If we make material changes, we will update the "Last updated" date and, where appropriate, notify current subscribers by email.
11. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the United States and the state in which the publisher is principally located, without regard to conflict-of-law provisions. Any dispute that cannot be resolved by talking like adults will be brought in the courts of that state.
